FURTHERMORE, YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD THE TOWN OF PURCELLVILLE, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, ASSIGNS, VOLUNTEERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND SUPPLIERS, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, ACTIONS OR DEMANDS OF ANY KIND OR TYPE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS, ALLEGING OR RESULTING FROM ANY USER CONTENT, THE USE OF ANY SITE CONTENT, OR ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
